When is my order shipped?

We ship our orders within 24 hours of being placed. If your order is placed on Friday after 5pm it will not be processed until Monday morning at 9am.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will take 3-5 working days to be shipped.

My order arrived damage/incomplete. What do I do?

Don't worry, just send us an email at sales@onlinecalendarshop.com or contact us on 0121 333 1553 with your order number and what the problem is and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. If after 5 days you still haven't receieved your order contact us on 0121 333 1553.

Will an item be back in stock?

Yes we restock our items within 5-7 days.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes, we do accept refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition you recieved it in. We will require the calendar to be in its original packging and proof of purchase from Online Calendar Shop.
